Tuition and Payment


1.    The registration and admission fee: it identified annually under the instructions issued by the University Board.

2.    The university academic year fee: Also it identified annually under the instructions issued by the University Board.

3.    University identity card (ID) fee: it has to be paid once during the period of study in the university.

 

 Ways of payment of the tuition

1.    Registration and admission fee is must be paid by the new students only once, and not allowed them to pay as installment.

2.    The academic year fee is possible to pay by installments in the following times:

A.  The first installment: it has to be paid with the registration fee or in the first week of the first semester of the academic year.

B.   The second installment: it has to be paid before the start of the mid-term examination of the first semester of the academic year.

C.   Third installment: it has to be paid in the first week of the second semester of the academic year.

D.  Fourth installment: it has to be paid before the start of the mid-term examination of the second semester of the academic year.

3.    No student is allowed to enter the exams until he pays all the tuitions due to during the academic year.

4.    The registration and admission fee is not refundable.

5.    The academic year tuition is not refundable after one (1) month of the start of the academic year.

6.    In whatever reason there is no acceptable to convert the specific student’s fee to another student, as well as, there is no acceptable to convert this money to other money.

7.    Any academic tuition is not refundable, In the case of the student’s complete dismisses from the university.

 

Academic scholarships and exemptions

The student who gained the first grade in his level from the total of two semester’s marks in his academic year is awarded a one year full scholarship on the condition that, his gained grade has to be not less than the excellent grade.
